My husband loves cinnamon buns. If I'm to pick up any treat for him, he always asks for something like cinnamon buns. Making cinnamon buns takes so long that I usually have to think about it hours in advance... until this recipe. I'm not gonna lie, it's amazing. Also, if you're thinking just because it's Melody posting this that it will be healthy, sorry but it really isn't. I thought about changing it a little to make it healthier but I just can't mess with perfection.

If you would like to try to make this a little healthier, my suggestions would be to use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of honey instead of the full cup of sugar. You could also substitute the white flour for whole wheat or spelt flour. The nice thing about this recipe is that it stays nice and moist, so you can enjoy it for a few days.
